Course Information

For Cadet Noncommissioned Officers, CALC emphasizes strategic leadership, staff planning, and coordinating activities at the unit and higher levels. CALC is a two week staffing period. You will be working as a Cadet Assistant Instructor during the Tactical Leader Course and working as an assistant to the Lead Course Instructor. Successful completion of this course will make you eligible for up to a two rank promotion from your current rank. Promotion is based on Lead Instructor recommendation. Cadets must have satisfactory completed BCT, BLC and TLC to attend.
