Course Information

A defense team cannot function without its leaders. Without them, the health and safety of each and every person on a team comes into question. Mission accomplishment becomes impossible and without purpose. Teamwork and esprit-de-corps is non-existent. Life in the civilian word is no different.

The Basic Leaders Course intense two-week program for graduates of Basic Cadet Training. CBLC provides advanced orientation in basic leadership, field training, marksmanship, self-defense and team-building activities. Graduates of CBLC are awarded the primary Army Cadets NCO Professional Development Ribbon.
