Course Information

The U.S. military special operations forces includes the Army Green Berets, Army Night Stalkers, Army Rangers, Navy Seals, Marine MARSOC, Marine RECON and Air Force Special Tactics. They are skilled in amphibious reconnaissance and ground reconnaissance. In addition to basic infantry skills, he or she possesses a proficiency in scout swimming, small boat operations and refined observation, scouting, patrolling and long-range communications skills. Our intensive one-week Spring ACAT course takes specific training modules from each of the Special Operations Forces. The goal is for each of the Recruits/Cadets to take home new lessons learned that they can use either during their summer training at Camp Sousley or back home at their JROTC, Sea Cadet or Civil Air Patrol units.
